We will meet at 1:30pm 2:30pm in the WCC parking lot (south end, near the Student Center) on Sunday, April 25th, to carpool together.

4/30-5/2: BELIEVE conference

The conference is April 30-May 1 (Friday-Saturday), and we will stay an extra night as a middle school youth group, coming back for the 11am worship service on Sunday morning, May 2nd.

Ever wonder what the middle school students are being taught each Sunday?
Currently we are wrapping up a series in Nehemiah (just like in “big church”), and this weekend learned Nehemiah 9-10, entitled “Remember What Got Us Here.”
Here Chris Nye uses an analogy to describe our need for dependence on Christ:

We are looking forward to the upcoming quarterly Parents Night, for parents of middle and high schoolers.
Date: Wednesday, February 24th
Time: 7:00-8:30pm
Location: Willamette Christian Church Lobby (front entry)
The High School group will meet from 7:00-9:00pm in Phase II, as we do weekly.
No need to RSVP (unless you want to) — just come and bring other parents too.

Kenny Stone officially began as our new Youth Pastor this Monday, and we are deeply enthusiastic about his joining our leadership team. What an awesome team God has brought together to reach this community for Christ.
